INSPIRATION

I started to meditate when the Covid-19 pandemic hit. I had just lost my job and was experiencing a lot of stress and negative emotions. Meditating became a coping mechanism and has now become part of the daily morning and evening routine. It anchors me when I’m anticipating a stressful day or I’ve experienced one. I have no precise idea of how that anchoring process unfolds; I just sit, breathe, and let go. Thoughts come and go. I don’t feel much except that I exist; that I’m a bundle of energy. I connect with who I am.

All that to say I believe that we are a lot more than our physical bodies. There’s something more subtle under our skin, something deep, unlimited, something that we cannot see with our eyes but is yet powerful enough to change our emotional state and state of mind. From that, I conclude that real power is hidden but you can always feel it sooner or later.
