JE VIENS DE PASSER UNE COMMANDE; QUELLES SONT LES PROCHAINES ÉTAPES?

After placing your order, you will receive a first email informing you that your order has been placed and is being processed. Shortly after, you will receive a second email confirming that your order is complete (paid).

When your art ships within5 business days, you will receive the final email with a tracking number and link to track your delivery.


À COMBIEN S’ÉLÈVENT LES FRAIS DE LIVRAISON?

SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS, regardless of the destination, and all items are shipped via fast delivery service (e.g., UPS, DHL).

Depending on their sizes, some paintings are shipped stretched on their original wooden frames in custom boxes, while others are shipped carefully rolled up in a shipping tube. This will be indicated on the page of the artwork you are interested in.

Depending on the destination, delivery might take 7 to 20 days.

PUIS-JE ME FAIRE LIVRER MON ŒUVRE ENCADRÉE?

Some paintings come with their original wooden frames (inner frame), while others do not (rolled canvas). This will be indicated on the artwork page.

Once you’ve received your artwork, you can frame it locally or even do it yourself if you prefer a more hands-on approach.


L’ENVOI À L’ÉTRANGER EST-IL DISPONIBLE?

Yes — international shipping is available for all items, and it is 100% FREE.


QU’ARRIVE-T-IL SI MON COLIS A ÉTÉ PERDU?

Let us assure you that we will do everything in our power to prevent that from happening.

But if it does happen, contact us after 30 days for domestic packages and 60 days for international ones.

If we confirm your package was indeed lost, we’ll issue a full refund. But again — we’ll make every effort to ensure this situation never occurs.


QU'ARRIVE-T-IL SI MON ŒUVRE ME PARVIENT ENDOMMAGÉE?

Rest assured — we take every precaution so that your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

But if by some misfortune you receive it damaged, please send us photos of the packaging, artwork, and packing slip. Then, we’ll issue a full refund.

You will be asked to return the item, and we’ll work with you to either cover or minimize return shipping costs whenever possible. Once the piece is safely returned, we’ll refund your payment within 5 business days.


QUELLE EST LA POLITIQUE DE RETOUR?

We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied after receiving your artwork, contact us at hello@mawuartgallery.com within 15 days to request a refund.

All returns must be in original condition and safely packaged. Once we agree to the return, you’ll be responsible for packing and shipping it back. As soon as we receive it safely, we will refund your payment within 5 days.

If you live in the Greater Montreal Area (Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, Brossard) and buy one of Mawu’s paintings, you may pay in person via Square reader upon delivery. Contact us to arrange this special option.
