INSPIRATION

With this piece, I wanted to convey the sense of inner peace that we can feel when we explore nature. Just imagine; you’re driving down a country road after a morning hike. The weather was fine a few minutes ago, but the sky is getting darker, followed by some light rain. This is when you pass this beautiful field. You lower your window and can’t help but stop to contemplate it.  Subtle floral scents invade your nostrils. You step out of your vehicle and take a deep breath. You savor peace.

A little novelty; since crystals and semi-precious stones have been part of my spiritual life for some years now, I’ve decided to incorporate a few of them – amethyst and turquoise magnesite – into this piece.

In lithotherapy, amethyst is considered the stone of humility and wisdom. It stimulates creativity, imagination, and clarity.

Magnesite is considered a healing stone. Compared to a protective stone, which fights against negative waves by acting as a “shield”, healing stones strengthen and improve your state of health, both psychologically and physically.
