with full tracking and professional handling throughout the journey.

Shipping Times
Depending on the destination, delivery typically takes 7 to 20 business days from the shipment date.

Packaging Details

  • Some artworks are shipped stretched on their original wooden frames, carefully packed in custom boxes.
  • Others are shipped rolled in protective tubes (not stretched on their frames).

This information is clearly specified on each artwork’s product page.

RETURNS & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your artwork. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your artwork by contacting us at:

Return Conditions

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • We will guide you through the return process, including shipping arrangements if required.

Once the artwork has been safely received and inspected, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

DAMAGED ARTWORK

Every piece is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of:

  • The packaging
  • The artwork
  • The packing slip

We will review everything with you and take care of the next steps.
When appropriate, we will work with you to minimize or cover return shipping costs.

Once the artwork has been returned and verified, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We gladly ship worldwide, and shipping is always free.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.
  • Delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance procedures, which are outside our control.
